Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our Salesforce CRM platform. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation and optimal utilization of Salesforce across the organization. This crucial role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • 3 + years of Experience in the Salesforce
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
  • Salesforce Developer certification.
  • Exceptional communication skills - written, presentation skills, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business-oriented solutions across a portfolio of projects
  • Able to successfully manage a varied workload with minimal intervention from Management
  • Thorough understanding of the AGILE development lifecycle
  • Ability to conceptualize current requirements against future plans
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform from Sales Cloud, Force.com, Lightning, and API integration with CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with workflows, formulas, processes, and flows.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, data modelling, and database schemas.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues and resolve problems effectively
  • Flexible to work in Shifts and during the deployment
Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
  • User Management: Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure appropriate data access and user permissions.
  • Data Management: Maintain data integrity by overseeing data imports, exports, and updates. Perform data cleanup activities and handle data validation and deduplication processes.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as monitoring system performance, resolving data and integration issues, and addressing user inquiries and support requests.
  • Automation and Process Improvement: Identify automation and process improvement opportunities within Salesforce and implement solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Documentation and Training: Document system configuration, processes, and best practices. Conduct training sessions for users to promote effective Salesforce utilization and adoption.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and implement Salesforce enhancements accordingly.
  • Stay Updated with Salesforce Releases: Keep abreast of Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices. Evaluate their applicability to the organization and propose recommendations for adoption.
